She is the founder of Bellissima Clínica Integral de Salud y Belleza, a clinic recognized for advancing legal and bio-sanitary practices in aesthetic and medical establishments. In 2006, Rosa spearheaded the first training course for health and aesthetic establishments, setting a benchmark in professional education and biosecurity.
Her commitment to service extends to social impact: in 2012, she established the Rosa Baptista Foundation, offering specialized reconstructive medical and surgical programs for underserved populations in Venezuela.
