I did not begin this journey with a large aesthetic center or with all the answers. I started with fear, excitement, and a pair of hands that simply wanted to care for people. Before thinking about technology or treatments, I understood that what mattered most was creating a place where people could feel safe, heard, and respected.

That is how DONNA was born..

DONNA was never simply an aesthetics center. From the very beginning, I dreamed of creating a space where every woman could give herself a moment to reconnect with herself, leave her insecurities behind, and feel supported. I always say that I do not sell treatments; I provide care, because behind every consultation there is a story, an emotion, and a person placing their trust in my hands.

I remember my first patients very clearly. Many arrived feeling embarrassed, hiding parts of their bodies that had caused them insecurity for years. The first time one of them told me caused them insecurity for years. That day, I realized that my work went far beyond hair removal; it was about restoring confidence, well-being, and self-esteem.

Like every entrepreneurial journey, there were also difficult moments. There were days when I doubted myself, when the effort seemed greater than my strength. However, whenever a patient told me that she felt at peace during a session or that she felt comfortable with her skin again, I was reminded of why I had chosen this profession.

Over the years, I specialized in definitive laser hair removal and decided to incorporate Soprano ICE technology, convinced that innovation only has value when it truly improves the patient experience. Today, I have the privilege of leading an Official Soprano ICE Center, where I combine scientific evidence, state-of-the-art technology, and fully personalized protocols.

Yet, even as technology continues to evolve, my philosophy remains exactly the same.

At DONNA, there is always a candle lit, freshly brewed coffee, and an immaculate environment. These details are not accidental. They represent my way of telling every person who walks through the door: “You are safe here. This moment is for you.”

I deeply believe that professional excellence is born from the combination of scientific knowledge, continuous education, and empathy. Because a machine can perform a procedure, but only a committed professional can make a patient feel truly cared for.
