Always having a deep love for science and a heart for helping people, I began my academic journey at the University of Washington. There I studied Molecular Cell Biology with the intent of pursuing medicine. Life, however, had other plans for me. After spending years in project management within the electrical construction industry, I felt a strong calling to make a more meaningful impact through health and wellness. At age 32, I made a bold career shift and enrolled at the Euro Institute of Skin Care, where I graduated with honors in 2012. I later became a li-censed Master Esthetician after attending Washington Laser Institute in 2014.

With no prior spa experience or mentoring, I opened my solo skincare practice immediately after graduating.There, I dove headfirst into con-tinuing education, learning from the industry’s most respected leaders. That dedication paid offI quickly built a full clientele and realized it was time to expand. My husband and I took on a design-build project to create our dream work space. Amid the many challenges of construc-tion, I was also navigating a cervical cancer diagnosis. Despite it all, we opened Suite B Hair & Skin Lounge in February of 2018.

I created Suite B not just as a place of beauty and healing, but as a space to mentor fellow estheticians, build community, and give back. We’ve since been honored with Best Spa Services and Best Hair Salon by Best of Issaquah, and Best of the Pacific Northwest for Waxing. One of my proudest professional achievements has been competing in The Skin Games, where I earned First Place in the Holistic Skincare Category for three consecutive years, as well as First Place in Acne, First Place in the Open Category, and Second Place in Open Medical Category. Also, I proudly won The Skin Boss Mastermind Live competition.
