I am Dr. Anetta E. My passion lies in combining cutting-edge science with patient-centered care, and I am dedicated to advancing both dermatologic surgery and aesthetic dermatology.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve Uni-versity in 1997, where I was honored with the Phi Beta Kappa Prize and the Iota Sigma Pi Prize for Outstanding Women in Chemistry. I contin-ued at Case Western Reserve to earn my PhD in biochemistry in 2003 and my MD in 2005.
After medical school, I completed my internship at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a dermatology residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. I then pursued advanced fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncol-ogy at Yale New Haven Hospital, where I also served as a clinical in-structor in the Department of Dermatology.
Since joining the faculty at Weill Cornell Medical Center in 2011 and accepting an appointment at Yale University shortly thereafter, I have balanced my academic work with my clinical practice, seeing patients at my offices in Manhattan and Rye, New York. My practice covers every-thing from complex skin cancer surgery to advanced cosmetic proce-dures, always emphasizing safety, innovation, and results.
