Participation in The GIB Champions: Winners Return s exclusively reserved for professionals who have been awarded in previous editions of the GIB Awards.

GIB reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each applicant prior to accepting their application.

The application fee is:

• This fee covers the evaluation of the project within the competition.
• It is non-refundable, regardless of whether the project is selected for the next phases.
• Submission of the application implies full acceptance of this condition.

• The official language of the program is English.
• Spanish-speaking participants may submit their application in Spanish.
• The GIB team will support with project translation for evaluation purposes
• If selected as a finalist, simultaneous translation will be provided during the live final.

• Projects will be accepted until June 15, 2026.
• After this date, the GIB team will review all submissions and select 12 finalists.
• Finalists will advance to the live final, which will take place on October 17, 2026, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, New York.

GIB reserves the right to modify dates for justified reasons.

• Projects will be evaluated by an international panel of judges (official program sponsors).
• Winners will be selected based on the criteria established by GIB.
• An official GIB representative will act as a process guarantor, ensuring that the evaluation is conducted with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with established guidelines.

All jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

• The 12 finalists must present their project live during the GIB Conference in New York.
• Each participant must deliver their pitch in English (translation support available if needed).

• If selected as a finalist, the participant must cover the gala attendance fee: 💵 $750 USD
• This fee is not included in the application fee.

• The GIB Champions is an international competition.
• Payment of the application fee and/or gala participation does not guarantee any recognition, or award.
• Winners will be selected solely based on their performance and final evaluation.

• Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners of each category as determined by the organization.
• Prizes are subject to sponsor availability and event conditions.

The participant declares that:

• The information provided is accurate and truthful
• The submitted project is original or that they hold the necessary rights
• They agree to comply with all phases of the process if selected

By participating, the applicant authorizes GIB to:

• Use their name, image, brand, and project
• Share content for promotional, educational, and positioning purposes
• Publish results, presentations, and materials related to the competition

Without additional compensation.

GIB reserves the right to:

• Modify aspects of the program
• Adjust dates, dynamics, or conditions
• Cancel or reschedule the event for justified reasons

Submission to The GIB Champions: Winners Return implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Winners commit to:

• Use the prize money exclusively for the implementation and development of the project presented in the competition
• Execute the project within a reasonable period after the award
• Document and demonstrate progress, results, and impact

GIB may request evidence of project progress, including but not limited to reports, visual content, metrics, or testimonials.

Failure to comply with this condition may affect future participation, recognitions, or benefits within the GIB ecosystem.
